Quality Assurance Expert for French Customer Support

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience management solutions, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to join their team in Spain. This role involves ensuring the quality of programs and interactions with customers, working closely with agents and supervisors.
About the RoleThis is a full-time contract position, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary and permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of French, with working knowledge of English or Spanish. Experience in Customer Support Operations and Quality Assurance is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in spreadsheets and PC software.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain high-quality standards by monitoring interactions and providing feedback to agents and supervisors.
- Conduct regular internal monitoring and feedback sessions to ensure client requirements are met.
- Review interactions for compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Deliver coaching and training to staff to improve performance and quality.
- Native level of French.
- Working knowledge of English or Spanish.
- Experience in Customer Support Operations and Quality Assurance (desirable).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and PC software.
The estimated salary for this role is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
