## Job Title: Affinity Sales Director

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Affinity Sales Director to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Global Business Practice, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth in the Spanish market.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a tactical annual growth plan to identify new business pipelines and deliver agreed Affinity Revenues and Profits Targets.
* Collaborate with the WTW local management and client relationship stakeholders to leverage business synergies and drive Affinity value proposition and product development.
* Plan, lead, and execute complex sales and client management processes to develop and prioritize opportunities, managing the sales funnel.
* Work collaboratively with the wider Affinity team to leverage business synergies and drive business integration.

## Requirements

* At least 15 years of experience in building partnerships (B2B2C) in the Spanish market, working or having worked in senior business development roles.
* Understanding of the Affinity sector with solid experience in building partnerships, as a client or as a provider, in at least one of the following industries: Banks, Leasing Companies and Credit Card Issuers, Mobile Network Operators, Utilities, Automotive and Motor or Specialized Brokers or Insurance Companies.
* Commitment to work with the aim of deploying the WTW Affinity Business Model in collaboration with the Affinity Leader and Team in Spain and with the wider Global Affinity community.
* Result-driven character with a proven track record in building and delivering Business Plans, Pipeline Management, and Sales Effectiveness methodology.
* Bachelor's degree or higher. A relevant master's would be a plus.
* Knowledge of the Spanish Affinity market in terms of opportunities, insurers, competitors.
* Capacity to work collaboratively, influencing diverse stakeholder groups, and working as part of a wider multi-discipline and multi-solutions management group in a matrix environment to guarantee business integration and leverage business synergies.
* Outstanding decision-making, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
* Project and process management skills would be an important plus.
