Job Description

Wtw is seeking a highly experienced Affinity Sales Director to lead our business development activities in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our new business strategy, creating a tactical annual growth plan, and identifying new business pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in building partnerships in the Spanish market, working or having worked in senior business development roles. They will also have a deep understanding of the Affinity sector and solid experience in building partnerships in industries such as banking, leasing, and credit card issuers.

The Affinity Sales Director will work collaboratively with our local management and client relationship stakeholders to leverage business synergies and develop and drive our Affinity value proposition and product development.

The successful candidate will be a result-driven character with a proven track record in building and delivering business plans, pipeline management, and sales effectiveness methodology. They will also have outstanding decision-making, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
