Overview

Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization is the driving force behind our cloud services. Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering top-notch data centers for our cloud services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to provide oversight on the consistent implementation of project SLA and functional governance.
  • Perform project health analysis against approved SLAs, scope, execution plan, cost, and schedule.
  • Assist with project setup, evaluate site resource effectiveness, conduct spot audits, and assist with onboarding and training of the site-based team.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams and organizations.
  • High personal standard to deliver thoughtful, polished, and quality work product.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation Experience.
  • Previous Data Center construction/IT Fit out or management experience.
