The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Junior Innovation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in client-facing assignments, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver projects that drive innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in client-facing assignments, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver projects that drive innovation and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation batteries for electromobility and practices for reusing and repurposing end-of-life batteries.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to identify and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Work closely with our team of experts to design and implement sustainable solutions that drive positive change.

Requirements

  • MSc in Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related science degree.
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant position, ideally working on the battery topic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling business cases and presentations.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
