Job Title: Junior Consultant - Local Energy Systems

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Consultant to join our Local Energy Systems team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and managing innovation consultancy assignments with partners across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and implement European innovation initiatives, coordinating with clients and leading project management.
  • Produce high-value analysis, advice, and deliverables for clients, assessing the economic, environmental, and societal impact of local energy projects.
  • Develop business models and define exploitation strategies to support the implementation of new solutions and services.
  • Productize in-house developed tools and services, with a focus on building energy-related products.
Requirements:
  • MSc in Energy, Sustainability, or Business Studies (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in energy and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral), with fluency in German and other client-native languages a strong plus.
  • Strong autonomy, proactivity, and communication skills, with experience in digitalization skills or business intelligence programs a plus.
