About the Role

Bax & Company is a leading innovation consultancy that empowers changemakers to drive societal impact. As a Junior Innovation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in designing and piloting new solutions for pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client-facing assignments and work collaboratively with colleagues to execute projects
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation batteries for electromobility and practices for reusing and repurposing end-of-life batteries
  • Work closely with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in materials, energy engineering, and related domains
Requirements
  • MSc in Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related science degree
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant position, preferably working on the battery topic
  • Strong business and innovation management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Additional language skills, particularly Dutch or German, are a plus
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
