We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Scientist II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert technical support for our chemical product lines and services, working closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and engaging role that requires a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for providing technical support via various channels, including email, phone, and web chat, and for accurately recording customer interactions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific chemical product lines and services, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, FAQs, and technical information.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
