- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen personnel.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, from arrival to departure, and handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of seafood and champagne, with a passion for fine dining.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a high-end environment.

Full-time employment with a competitive salary range of €1,000 - €1,500 monthly.
