Job Title: German Business Developer
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the German market and develop strategies to engage them
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, performance, and forecasts to management
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales goals

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Business Developer to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the German market and developing strategies to engage them.

Key responsibilities include building and nurturing strong client relationships, implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, conducting market research to spot trends and insights for business development, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for providing regular reports on sales progress, performance, and forecasts to management, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals to meet sales goals.

Requirements for this role include being a native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency, having proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years), and possessing strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
