Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Lucasfox, you will be responsible for conducting market studies and target analysis for new real estate projects. You will also analyze and optimize real estate projects, including reviewing and improving floor plans. Additionally, you will develop reports and statistics using internal and external data, and present the results clearly and concisely. Furthermore, you will build financial projections and analyze different pricing options to ensure project profitability. Finally, you will use tools like AutoCAD for plan optimization and project design, considering both technical and urban planning perspectives.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant discipline (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.).
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools for creating and modifying plans.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to create effective and professional presentations.
Technical-Financial Profile:

We are looking for a technical-financial profile with experience in engineering or a technical background. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical and financial information clearly. A genuine interest in real estate asset management is also required.
