Société Générale is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Real Estate Structured Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of real estate structured finance transactions in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing financial analysis and modeling of considered projects
- Preparing and customizing financial models supporting financing mandates
- Negotiating term sheets and loan documentation
- Closing transactions
- Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge of the Real Estate sector
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Finance
- Master's degree in Finance is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
