Job Title: Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Real Estate Structured Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of real estate structured finance transactions in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling of considered projects to support financing mandates.
  • Prepare and customize financial models to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct relevant risk analysis and understand all issues relevant for real estate financings.
  • Prepare credit applications and ensure that internal requirements and guidelines are met.
  • Negotiate term sheets and loan documentation.
  • Closing of transactions.
  • Prepare information memoranda.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of the Real Estate sector.
  • Participate in the marketing and origination efforts of structured debt business opportunities.
  • Ensure the ongoing risk-monitoring of existing loans.
Requirements:
  • Studies & experience: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum).
  • French would be a plus.
