Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and optimization of real estate-related procurement activities.
- Lead real estate projects from business request through office selection, contract negotiation to office move-in in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Deliver timely project read-outs, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and engaged and preparing necessary leadership decisions as needed.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with real estate service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
- Collaborate with our local office leads, legal and finance teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Work closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets related to real estate expenditures.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate procurement, and navigate real estate sourcing activities accordingly.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate transactions and contracts.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, strategic sourcing and procurement supply chain, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on real estate services, facilities, and transactions.
