Real Estate Manager Job Description

Grifols is a global healthcare company seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to join its international team. As a key member of the company's real estate department, you will be responsible for managing the company's property portfolio across national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
  • Negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
  • Identify real estate opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Optimize space utilization.
  • Monitor properties across international subsidiaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1.1 or more).
  • Advanced German language skills highly valued.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and providing effective follow-up.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
