About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in our database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations
  • Identify real estate opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers
  • Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets
  • Be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met
  • Optimize space utilization
  • Monitor properties across international subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
  • Specialization or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management is highly valued
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus
  • Advanced English level (C1.1 or more)
  • Advanced German is highly valued
  • Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up
  • Availability to travel internationally
