Key Responsibilities- Define Property Search Strategy: Develop a comprehensive approach to identify the most suitable properties for our clients, considering factors such as location, risk profile, and market trends.
- Market Scanning and Property Assessment: Utilize your network and existing property search tools to identify top investment opportunities, and conduct thorough assessments of properties, including 3D video capture and financial analysis.
- Publicize Artemis Assets' Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the benefits of our product offer to clients and stakeholders, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Collaboration and Deal Closure: Work closely with Relationship Managers and other teams to close deals, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Team Building and Recruitment: Assist in recruiting a team of Real Estate Executives, leveraging your expertise and network to build a high-performing team.
- Real Estate Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate products, including sales and property management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Management Experience: Demonstrated management experience, ideally within a network of franchisees.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of financial functions and data analysis.
- Commission-Based Remuneration: Competitive commission-based remuneration structure, linked to performance objectives.
