Position:

Real Estate Manager

Reporting directly to the company's Director of Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
  • Negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
  • Identify real estate opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Optimize space utilization.
  • Monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
  • Specialization or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.
  • Advanced English level (C1.1 or more).
  • Advanced German will be highly valued.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
