Real Estate Transaction Manager

At Blue Moon Estate Sales Of Lexington And Louisville, we're seeking a seasoned Real Estate Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you'll be responsible for managing our real estate portfolio and strategy across several EMEA countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement space and utilization concepts to optimize real estate costs
  • Manage lease and transaction activities, including land and building acquisitions and disposals
  • Lead and execute international real estate projects, with project spending up to high two-digit million EUR amounts
  • Support CapEx planning and forecasting
  • Align project strategies with local and regional management/controlling
  • Compile decision papers for executives and investment committees
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines
Requirements:
  • University master's/degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or business administration
  • Minimum 5-8 years of corporate real estate management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate markets
  • Project management skills
  • International business experience
  • Strategic, structured, and result-oriented approach with a strong team focus
  • Proficient in English
