At Importante Empresa, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Listings Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective listing strategies to drive sales and listings goals in the Zona Alta region.
Your primary focus will be on defining the best commercial strategies to ensure the right Lucas Fox product is listed in our portfolio, meeting market requirements, and increasing market share in key areas of interest.
As a Listings Manager, you will oversee the Listings team, setting performance goals, tracking results, and mentoring agents to achieve high levels of performance and business goals.
You will also be responsible for managing all members of the team, providing coaching and training to develop individual skills, and ensuring excellent customer service.
In addition, you will assist listing agents with the listing process, participate in deal closure and offer management, and collaborate with the HR department in the hiring process of commercial agents.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of Team Management experience
* Proven experience in sales
* Deep knowledge of the Zona Alta Real Estate Market (mid to high-end product)
* Good analytical skills and strategy mindset
* Excellent organizational skills and goal-oriented person
* Excellent communication skills and highly motivated and driven
* Good management of a CRM and Excel
* Bi-lingual Spanish, Catalan, and Proficient English
