- Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
- Be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
- Optimize space utilization.
- Monitor properties across international subsidiaries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
- Specialization or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.
- Advanced English level (C1.1 or more). Advanced German will be highly valued.
- Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.
- Availability to travel internationally.
