Job Title: Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Real Estate Structured Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of real estate structured finance transactions in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling of considered projects, preparing and customizing financial models supporting financing mandates.
  • Conduct relevant risk analysis and understand all issues relevant for real estate financings (context, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment).
  • Prepare credit applications, ensuring that internal requirements and guidelines are met (risk metrics, profitability metrics, regulatory requirements).
  • Negotiate term sheets and loan documentation, and close transactions.
  • Prepare information memoranda and maintain up-to-date market knowledge of the Real Estate sector, including current transactions and opportunities in the market.
  • Participate in the marketing and origination efforts of structured debt business opportunities, and ensure the ongoing risk-monitoring of existing loans.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum), French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and financial modeling skills, and ability to work under pressure.
