The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with our overall business strategy.
Job Description:
The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for the Air Business Unit, Special Care Business Unit & Business Excellence and Customer Engagement area including compensation and benefits, employee data management, and HR reporting.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, manage HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, and lead and manage offboarding processes, such as exit interviews, feedback collection, and termination procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders to understand the business strategy needs of the Business Units.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR solutions that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.
- Support activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years or more) as an HR Business Partner in a complex, multinational organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics like SuccessFactors.
- Availability to travel regularly within Spain (and occasionally abroad).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
