Customer Support Expert

As a Customer Support Expert at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Benelux region. Based in Barcelona, you will report to the Regional Team Leader and be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing product information and technical support through multiple channels;
- Offering personalized experiences to customers, effectively solving their issues and inquiries;
- Proactively managing customer expectations;
- Updating the CRM system with relevant information collected during customer service activities;
- Liaising with peers and cross-departmentally to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers for customers.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Successful experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Eagerness to learn new products and technologies;
- Ability to be proactive and reactive, and remain detail-oriented under pressure;
- Ability to follow standard processes and practices within set service levels;
- Previous experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
