About the JobThis is a full-time, indefinite contract position that requires native/fluent proficiency in German (both verbal and written). As an Invoicing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
- Accurately enter invoice details into financial or ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
- Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal teams
As an Invoicing Specialist at Cross Border Talents, you can expect a competitive salary based on experience and performance (approximately €35,000 - €50,000 per year). You will also enjoy:
