About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador fluent in Portuguese and English to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is a hybrid/remote position, ideal for those who enjoy helping people and want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese\r
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and orders\r
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team\r
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions\r
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction\r
Requirements:

- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential\r
- Good command of English for team communication\r
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills\r
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer support tools\r
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM\r
- Must be based in Bulgaria\r
