Job Description

We are looking for extraordinary people to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to our customers. As a Customer Support Agent with English Afternoon Shift, you will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance.
  • Become an expert on all things New Balance.
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
  • A fluent level of English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
  • Start date: 24th of September.
  • Contract: Temporary (3-months with 1-month probation period).
  • Part-time: (35 hours/week).
  • Working days/Hours: Rotative from Monday to Sunday, between 3:00pm to 12:00am.
  • Salary: €16,153.84.
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives.
  • Holidays: 24 calendar days per year.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Office work model.
  • Training: 2 weeks of office-based training from Monday to Friday, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
