Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market, ensuring seamless client service and support.
  • Manage client traffic, engaging and routing clients effectively to foster retention and growth.
  • Drive business results through formalized management routines and coaching, leveraging financial acumen to inform decision-making.
  • Create a world-class client experience environment, prioritizing personalized service and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to drive operational excellence and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating diverse work teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed.
  • Financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs, such as Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in consumer banking, financial services, or related industries.
  • Undergraduate degree and bilingual skills (verbal and written).
