Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Provide backup leadership to financial center leaders within a market, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
  2. Client Engagement: Manage client traffic, engage with clients, and foster long-term relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  3. Business Results: Drive business results through formalized management routines, coaching, and performance management.
  4. Client Experience: Create a world-class client experience environment that meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  5. Market Initiatives: Manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders, driving business growth and innovation.
  6. Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through process improvement, risk management, and compliance.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience, demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team.
  2. Influence and Collaboration: Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
  3. Customer Service: Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
  4. Financial Acumen: Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
  5. Risk Management: Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and delegate while delivering results.
  8. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills.
  9. Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office).
  10. Travel and Availability: Ability to travel to any financial center within the defined market and availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Management Experience: 1+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  2. Industry Experience: Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality.
  3. Education: Undergraduate degree.
  4. Language Skills: Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
