About the Role

The Vitrolife Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Controller Sales & Marketing to join our team. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and provide financial analysis of Sales & Marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and support financial presentations for stakeholders
  • Continuously standardize, develop, and digitize the reporting and analysis process for Sales & Marketing
  • Consolidated view and tracking of business initiatives in Sales & Marketing, coordinating with Finance
  • Finance support in new business flows, review business cases, and new transactions relating to Sales & Marketing
  • Review and coordinate Sales & Marketing bonus calculation process
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Owner of Sales & Marketing cost center structure and oversee Sales & Marketing related dimensions and definitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related area
  • Strong communication skills in English, verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical skills
  • A structured manner and the ability to make things happen
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced international environment
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Experience from ERP systems, analytical tools, and MS Office
