Graduate Client Success Associate

The Client Success team at Rsm is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Graduate Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that every client receives the support they need to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries, including IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to understand their priorities and recommend tailored solutions to drive high value and return on investment.
- Identify and address client operational challenges through qualitative and quantitative problem-solving methodologies.
- Conduct regular retention and bright spot analysis to provide insights into client performance and engagement metrics.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives to streamline activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Must be a 2025 graduate to be eligible for this role.
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree.
- Relevant professional or internship experience.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Fluency in both English and German (reading, writing, and speaking).
