We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our team at Thales Alenia Space in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth migration of our ERP system from MS Dynamics Axapta to SAP.

About the Role

As the SAP Finance and Procurement Expert, you will be the country referent for Spain and will be responsible for managing the migration project for the Finance and Procurement domain. You will work closely with our international team and business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation of the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper service delivery by external subcontractors for local applications and implement mandatory and high ROI evolutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure evolutions proposed are in line with SAP migration strategy.
  • Participate in the general and detailed design phase and be responsible for the proper implementation of our Core Model SAP in Spain.
  • Coordinate the migration of data from existing systems to SAP.
  • Manage projects in the field, from design to deployment, in compliance with the SAP standard, in a transnational context and in integration with other areas.
  • Be responsible for support activities, maintenance, and training of the solution to users.
About You
  • Good interpersonal skills, assertiveness, listening, and communication skills.

  • Analytical qualities coupled with a good spirit of synthesis.
  • 5 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO/PS/MM/SD consultant with mastery of customization.
  • Experience of a migration project.
  • Experience working abroad or in a multicultural team.
