Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking an experienced VIP Customer Communications Executive to join our eDreams ODIGEO Communications team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing sensitive customer complaints, ensuring excellent service to our valued customers, and identifying PR risks to minimize negative visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage VIP and sensitive customer complaints through various channels, including social media and direct customer interactions.
  • Proactively work to ensure excellent service to our highly valued customers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support other VIP tasks, such as legal customer complaints, consumer organization files, and data protection consumer rights cases.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies to minimize PR risks and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the results of initiatives to continuously improve customer service and communication processes.
Requirements:
  • Background in Tourism or a related field.
  • Minimum experience in handling customer complaints and familiarization with traditional and interactive claims channels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Gsuite.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with native-level English proficiency.
