About the Role

eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a highly skilled VIP Customer Communications Specialist to join our Communications team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing VIP accounts and resolving sensitive complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage VIP accounts and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively work with customers to ensure excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify potential PR risks and mitigate negative impact through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support other VIP tasks such as social care channels and legal customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to support VIP communications projects.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the results of initiatives.
Requirements
  • Background in tourism required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing VIP accounts, sensitive customer complaints, PR, media relations, and/or social media management.
  • Experience in handling VIP accounts.
  • High level of GDS Amadeus and/or Galileo knowledge.
  • Used to working with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work with Gsuite.
  • Excellent writing and speaking communication skills, with a native level of English and a proficient level of another language (German, Spanish, French).
