International Sales Role at BizAway

BizAway is a rapidly growing company that specializes in business travel solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Professional (m/w/d) to join our dynamic Sales Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in Spain.
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Presenting our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
  • Forecasting Sales Revenue and providing regular updates on the deal pipeline.
  • Representing our solution at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborating with the SDRs and the wider Sales Team to achieve shared goals.

We require:

  • A native level of Spanish and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

Salary Estimate: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

We offer a competitive salary, uncapped variable compensation, and equity in the company.
