About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the LATAM region, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our portfolio in the fintech sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, banking, or IT sectors.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about learning new areas in fintech.
  • Passionate about working with clients in the LATAM market, with experience in effectively identifying and connecting with key decision-makers.
