Key Responsibilities

You will be part of the Credit Agricole CIB Spain team, supporting the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team in their activities, particularly in Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT, and Leveraged loan distribution.

Specific Tasks
  1. Assist in preparing DAR syndication opinions, focusing on transactions related to Spanish-speaking countries, including pricing and structuring.
  2. Develop comparable transaction tables by sector and liquidity analysis.
  3. Complete closing memos in a timely manner.
  4. Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates.
  5. Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases.
  6. Utilize the Debtdomain database for inviting banks into transactions or reporting/search purposes.
  7. Update comparable files.
  8. Support the team in preparing bank meetings and completing call reports.
  9. Conduct market research and present market updates.
  10. Support the coordination of the Spanish investor base, focusing on non-bank investors, and explore new opportunities.
  11. Coordinate with various business lines involved.
  12. Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
Interactions and Requirements

You will closely interact with CACIB origination teams (CLF & ERA), loan investor base, and the loan Distribution team in both syndicate and distribution/sales functions.

To be eligible for this role:

  1. Be under 28 years old.
  2. Hold a Master's degree.
  3. Be an EU citizen (excluding Spanish).
