Customer Support Advisor - German

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor - German. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (native level) and excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
