Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Operations Team as a Guest and Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with our service providers to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with service providers in Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Administer bookings with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct spot checks in properties to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate external services calmly.
- A valid driver's license or motorcycle license.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 10:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
