Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fraud Prevention Program: Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud across all entities, ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives.
- Monitor and Ensure Alignment: Regularly monitor the implementation of the Fraud Prevention Program and ensure that all entities are aligned with the defined strategy.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Fraud Prevention unit distributed across all geographies works as one team under a common model.
- Develop Fraud Prevention Strategies: Contribute to the development of fraud prevention strategies to fight new fraud trends and threats, ensuring that the organization remains ahead of emerging risks.
- Support Global Fraud Prevention: Support the overall delivery of the fraud strategy for Global fraud prevention and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Project Management Experience: Effective experience in project management strategies and tactics, with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
- Administrative and Management Skills: High-level administrative, management, and negotiating skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
