Job Summary
Awin Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Prevention Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Fraud Management Specialists and Developers in preventing and detecting fraudulent activities from publishers and partners in our affiliate marketing network and on our various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Fraud Management Specialists and Developers in fraud prevention and detection efforts
- Develop and implement comprehensive fraud detection and prevention measures and tools
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address anomalies
- Establish a robust monitoring system to detect anomalies for proactive fraud detection/prevention
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance processes, tools, and quality of operations continuously
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Affiliate Marketing fraud prevention and/or fraud investigations
- Relevant experience in an online setting, indicating familiarity with digital platforms and e-commerce environments
- Leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in leading a team of at least five people
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
