Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer satisfaction goals
