Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer satisfaction goals
