Your Key Responsibilities:- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform them about ways to improve their stay.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Swiftly check guests in and out, taking IDs, handing out room keys, and controlling and releasing safety deposit boxes.
- Record and act on guests' preferences, handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Be a trusted contact for all guests, helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and looping in management when necessary.
