Product Commercialization Manager

As a member of the Product Commercialization team, you will work closely with product managers, strategy, and go-to-market teams to develop product-centered business plans that drive investment decisions and priority setting. Your expertise will help define target segments and support pricing decisions.
The Role:
As a Commercialization Strategist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a product-centric Total Addressable Market (TAM) perspective by segment. You will analyze market segments, competitor landscapes, and key industry analyst inputs to develop practical and operational market segmentation. Your analytical skills will help you build quantitative market models to support decision-making and derive product investment priorities based on market potential and company position.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the potential impact of different product investment strategies and recommend areas of investment and priorities. Your ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to senior executives will be essential in building product-specific business cases and Go-to-Market plans.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is required, along with 7+ years of experience in business planning, consulting, or similar roles.
B2B software experience is strongly preferred, and you will be expected to work autonomously and lead complex multifunctional teams to achieve results. Your entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will be essential in thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving business environment.
