About the Role:

As a Transportation Specialist at Mygwork, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient transportation of products to millions of customers worldwide. You will be part of the Amazon Transportation Services team, which is responsible for managing the transportation network behind Amazon's operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify and resolve delivery performance issues.
  2. Develop and deliver reports on key delivery metrics to inform business decisions.
  3. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain high standards of work.
  5. Continuously review and improve processes to drive innovation and efficiency.

**A Day in the Life:**

As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively impact our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage the unique challenges of the transportation team. Your motivation and commitment to our customers will ensure that our response to delivery issues is timely and efficient.

**About the Team:**

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a central role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to ensure efficient transportation. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient. We prioritize safety and use the expertise of our people to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.

**Requirements:**

  1. Relevant experience in communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  2. Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
  3. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  4. B2-C1 English level.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  1. A degree.
  2. Experience in a logistical working environment.
