About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Representative in our fashion industry division. As part of our team, you will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls and resolving user demands in a timely manner.
- You will take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency or bilingualism in Dutch plus an advanced level of English.
- A good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
- Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
- The ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution.

- A competitive salary: €19,103.32 euros gross/year + up to €1,200 euros gross/year in bonus.
- A full-time 39 hours/week contract: Temporary.
