Job Title: Sales and Reservations Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Reservations Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Reservations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day B2B booking enquiries and converting leads from relevant country agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day B2B booking enquiries and convert leads from relevant country agents
- Communicate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow due reservations process and ensure accurate input of information
- Take ownership of the role and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Work with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Attend travel trade shows and other industry functions to research and develop products and relationships
- Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Suggest suitable travel options that best match clients' needs
- Manage all financial aspects relating to booking procedures
- Offer and promote different services and offerings
Requirements:
- Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience of our destinations is desirable but not essential
- Proven track record of delivering with detail orientation and accuracy
- Proven track record of relationship management with industry peers
- Team player who shares ideas and learning with others
- Professional with a sense of fun
- Excellent ability to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of people and cultures
- Computer literate
Salary: From €1,350.00 per month
