The Role: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in managing HR operations and enhancing employee engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, orientation, and training.
  • Ensuring accurate HR data management and HRIS administration to support organizational needs.
  • Administering employee benefit programs, communicating benefits packages, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, and action plan development.
  • Supporting performance management processes by providing data analysis and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in talent development efforts by advising on career development opportunities and maintaining the talent pool.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A career break of at least 3 years, with a strong desire to return to the workforce.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience and expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, or related roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis, with knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Experience with benefits administration and payroll processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
