Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Premium Engagement program, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements, including business, IT, and transformational topics.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans for Premium Engagement services, aligning with customer needs and solutions.
  • Ensure engagement quality and execution, including governance, issue management, and executive reporting.
  • Execute engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects, including design, optimization, and technical integration.
Requirements
  • Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.
  • 8+ years of experience with SAP's Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, or Third-Party Technologies.
  • Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
  • SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
  • Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
  • Pre-sales, Solutioning, Procurement, Contract Lifecycles, Contract Renewals, and Customer Retention experience.
  • Experience working with c-levels, senior leaders, influencers, and advisors.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Economics, or Business Management.
