Customer Support Representative with Multilingual Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global customers in the hospitality industry.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain High-Quality Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, often requiring collaboration with internal teams.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and develop initiatives to enhance our service quality.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues, including secondary investigations and escalations.
- Customer Support Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French or German (B2 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Hospitality Background: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in revenue management, is highly desirable.
